As your intimacy coach, I support you in unlocking your pleasure potential and exploring how it can heal and empower your life. I guide you through discovering your desires and fantasies, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration.

For those facing intimacy challenges or performance issues, I offer support, guidance, and practical strategies to help you create a fulfilling and satisfying sex life. And for individuals navigating the loss of a relationship, I will be there to listen and help you take the steps toward healing and becoming a new version of yourself that you will fall in love with.

As a bisexual/pansexual identifying woman, I also offer special services for women who are just beginning to explore their bisexuality/pansexuality and those who are struggling with their identification.

And as a sexual assault survivor, I provide services that help those on a healing journey as they reclaim agency over their body and their pleasure.

About Me

Most people know me from my women’s sexuality podcast, Talk Sex With Annette. For over four years, I’ve been sharing insights from world-renowned doctors, OBGYNs, sex and relationship therapists, and sexperts, along with my own expertise on sex, intimacy, and relationships.

With a B.S. in Psychology and 15+ years of experience in support and guidance roles, my journey in helping people connect began long before podcasting. I also studied yoga for 20 years, earned my yoga certification, and have taught at studios and retreats, focusing on helping women heal trauma and reconnect with their authentic selves.

In 2016, I founded the PDX Bi-Women’s group to create a safe space for bisexual women to find community and navigate their sexuality. The overwhelming response led me to host retreats for bisexual and pansexual women in the PNW. By 2023, I co-founded Bi Women Empowered, a non-profit dedicated to supporting bisexual and pansexual women on their journeys of self-discovery.

My coaching is fueled by a deep passion for stripping away the shame surrounding sex and intimacy and empowering people to unlock their full pleasure potential. I bring a unique blend of experience, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm to every session, aiming to help individuals and couples achieve the deep intimacy and connection they desire.
